We have a multi-step hiring process to screen for attitude, technical competency, communication, and culture fit, including:
1. a series of assessments to evaluate attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic proficiencies (English, typing, tech)
2. a video-based interview via Zoom to assess verbal communication, hands-on experience, and personality.
3. a chat-based interview via Slack to assess written communication, grammar, tone, and response time.
